He is the Head of Microbiology and Virology Department, The Eastern Pathology Alliance serving three university hospitals in Norfolk (Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, James Paget University Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital), as well as five Clinical Commissioning Groups in the county.

Dr. Mohammed Al-Saiedan is a Kuwaiti physician and Epidemiologist with a PhD degree from the Epidemiology and Environmental Health departments of Harvard T.H. Chen School of Public Health (2016).

He also received his Masters of Public Health with a Risk Sciences and Policy certificate from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2009.

With over 15 years of experience in public health and healthcare, he currently he is the Head of Environmental Health Division as well as one of the main Epidemiologists of the COVID-19 response in Kuwait’s Ministry of Health.

Dr. Saadoun Bin-Hasan received his medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He completed his residency training in pediatric at BC Children’s Hospital, Vancouver (University of British Columbia). This was followed by a fellowship in pediatric respirology at SickKids Hospital, Toronto (University of Toronto). He also undertook a fellowship in sleep medicine at SickKids Hospital and behavioral sleep medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital (Harvard Medical School).

He is currently the director of Sleep Medicine and staff pediatric respirologist at Farwaniya Hospital, Kuwait. Dr. Bin-Hasan is a researcher at Dasman Diabetes Institute. He has a special research interest in sleep disordered breathing and narcolepsy in pediatrics.

Dr. Subhi has more than eleven years of experience as a licensed physician in the USA; his experience was in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease with special interest in Hepatitis C virus, HIV and infectious disease in immunocompromised patients. In addition to his role as a clinician,Dr. Sobhi is a member of the Infection control and Central antibiotic stewardship committee;He is a member of the Infectious disease society of American, board certified by the American Board of Medicine.
